His proficiency extends beyond regulatory compliance; he excels in fostering strong relationships and coordinating effectively with a diverse array of stakeholders, including directors, architects, engineers, facility managers, inspectors, union representatives, and various contractors.

Ron recognized for his proactive leadership style, adeptness in negotiating favorable agreements, and cultivating robust business relationships, all while demonstrating a keen eye for budgetary considerations. DANIEL JOHNSON

Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO)

Daniel Johnson brings a wealth of diverse experience and leadership to his role as Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) at Upkeepia. His career began as an HVAC service technician, where he gained hands-on experience in the commercial and residential sectors. After three years in the field, Daniel enlisted in the Delaware Army National Guard as an IT Specialist (25B), which marked the start of his transition into the technology sector.

Serving full-time as a federal technician for the National Guard, Daniel developed a strong foundation in IT systems and operations. He later advanced to the role of Network Engineer at Battelle Memorial Institute, managing a highly critical government network with a focus on operational excellence. His exceptional performance led to a promotion as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO), where he specialized in building and securing classified systems, working closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance, security, and system efficiency.

Daniel’s career trajectory demonstrates a consistent ability to adapt, lead, and deliver results across various industries. His experience in technical roles, stakeholder collaboration, and leadership has equipped him with the strategic mindset and operational expertise necessary to excel as CBDO.
